Automating Facility Management

ConnectFor is a Facilities Management (FM) app for organisations with facility portfolios both large and small.
It is designed to reduce overall maintenance costs via the monitoring, management and tracking of all building related issues. With an app based interface for customer facing staff, the system speeds up response times and completion of maintenance tasks to allow staff to focus on their customers. Staff are further able to step back from time consuming administrative procedures of ‘maintenance sign-off ’ by entrusting this to an appropriately qualified, licensed, insured, and independent third party contractor.
A web based back-end dashboard allows greater monitoring of costs and contractors centrally. This means reduced costs via the streamlining of services along with a more detailed understanding of what is being spent, why it is being spent and how.
